Program Coordinator (25-30 hrs/week)
The Hamilton Community Foundation in Aurora is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead youth and women’s philanthropy programs and oversee the quarterly grant process. This role involves program coordination, event oversight, volunteer engagement, community outreach, and mentoring high school juniors and seniors in philanthropy and leadership development.
Ideal candidates will have experience in the nonprofit sector, program management, and digital communication. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred. Experience working with youth in educational, mentorship, or leadership programs is a plus. Flexible scheduling available.
